Geographic Atrophy: A Webinar with Prof Robyn Guymer AM

Join Professor Robyn Guymer for a free webinar that will explore the current landscape in geographic atrophy (GA) secondary to age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Ophthalmologists are invited to join Prof Guymer for this webinar, titled ‘Navigating the new era of geographic atrophy management’.

During this webinar Prof Guymer will talk about approaches to diagnosis, imaging, treatment, and management of GA as treatments become available. She will discuss the importance of using different imaging modalities to characterise GA, and to help differentiate GA secondary to AMD from other causes of atrophy, such as inherited retinal diseases.

Additionally, Prof Guymer will present updated results from pivotal trials and describe current trials in GA, including their novel mode of delivery and mode of action.

Real world patient examples will demonstrate the need for a nuanced approach when discussing life-long treatment plans.
