Ferilli Eyewear, an independent Italian artisanal eyewear label specialising in natural materials, has extended its eco-sustainable eyewear collection with the Trame After Collection, designed in cellulose acetate and embedded with prickly pear cactus fibres.
Inspired by the landscape and natural terrain of Puglia in Italy, the three-piece collection explores the brand’s signature material – the fibres of the prickly pear cactus (fico d’India) – a plant that is symbolic of the Mediterranean – as the ultimate decoration for the frames, visible within the translucent natural acetate to add colour and texture and to create a truly expressive look.
Manufactured using an eco-friendly transformation process, the collection is available in natural, green, and black colourways, as either an optical or sunglass style.
