Part- or full-time role in a 40 year old independent practice in beachside Ballina. Minimum of 2+ years of optical dispensing experience. Qualifications preferred.

Required: Good communication skills, respectful confident caring customer service, a positive attitude and ability to work well within a small team, supporting the optometrist and office staff .

Sunix experience ideal. The role includes online ordering and some edging & fitting of lenses, pre-testing for the optometrist, some administrative aspects and all-important frame selections, discussion of lens options and repairs and fittings. Emphasis on quality products and delivering the best possible personalised outcome and customer satisfaction.

NO weekend work.
