About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Sales Representative based in Queensland to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage and grow an established territory of optical and sunglass retailers while developing new business across the state.
It is an ideal opportunity for a forward-thinking professional who is passionate about customer service, sales, and building lasting business relationships. The role involves regular travel within Queensland, so a current driver’s licence and willingness to travel are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned territory of optical and sunglass retailers throughout Queensland
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities
- Deliver engaging product training sessions and presentations
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Develop and execute territory sales and marketing plans
- Represent Mondottica at trade shows and industry events as required
About You
- A strong customer focus with natural relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Confident, well organised, and results-driven
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- A current driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel regularly within Queensland
- Wholesale experience in the optical or sunglass industry is advantageous but not essential — candidates from related industries are encouraged to apply
