ODMA Eyetalk is looking for a part time, remote based person to assist with Eyetalk Data management.

Key aspects of the role:

Data checking within supplier provided Excel sheets - accuracy of spelling, coating, index etc.
Data entry into FileMaker Data library, some by upload, some by manual entry.
Assisting with proofing of the printed reference guide.
Helping grow our subscription offering with independent practices through outbound calls.

Essential Skills:

Accurate data entry or database management
Minimum intermediate Microsoft Excel capability
Understanding of optical lenses preferred
Confident phone manner

You should be able to work from your own premises.

Flexible hours across 1 or 2 days per week.
This role would suit someone with customer service, data or product management experience with a supplier to retail optical practices.
