The 2010 Annual Scientific Meeting of RANZCO’s NSW Branch to be held in Sydney on 26 and 27 March will focus on the back of the eye in covering developments in retinal disease and therapies. According to Con Moshegov, Chairman of the NSW RANZCO Committee: “There has been an explosion in interest in macular degeneration over the past few years with the advent of new therapies but there is also an ongoing steady flow of advances in therapies for diabetic retinopathy, vascular occlusive disease and retinal disorders requiring surgical intervention. We are privileged to have distinguished local and overseas guest speakers including Drs William Mieler and Jay Duker from the United States”.
