Organisers of this year’s annual meeting of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) say it will be one of the world’s largest forums for exploring techniques, protocols and tools for improving vision and curing eye disease.
The meeting, at Fort Lauderdale, Florida in May, will draw 10,000 vision researchers in basic and clinical science. Scientists will present more than 6,000 pieces of research, in addition to symposia, lectures, cross-sectional group sessions in genetics, imaging and nanotechnology, and more. Keynote speaker will be Robert Langer, ScD.
