The organiser of this year’s Silmo trade fair is confident that despite tough economic times, the exhibition will be back to its premier status in the eye care and eyewear world.
They say the upcoming event will take full advantage of its new layout at the Paris-Nord Villepinte exhibition centre at the heart of Greater Paris.
SILMO will boast an exceptional exhibition area with optimised support services for exhibitors and visitors.
Silmo’s President, Guy Charlot said: “The economic crisis has highlighted the need to concentrate on essentials without however neglecting important peripheral issues. We have therefore been careful to retain all the fair’s essential features — warm welcome, market trends, friendly atmosphere, visitor comfort, etc. — whilst at the same time, build a new, more effective fair with one constant objective: continually strive to better serve the needs of the entire industry.”
The optics and eyewear business rendezvous will take place in Paris, from 23 to 26 September.
