
Essilor has launched a new customer rewards program called essTEAM which is intended to meet the needs of independent practices with the availability of better rewards for a better business.
“The name is a play on the word ‘Esteem’ which means to be respected, recognised, valued and appreciated and this is how the team at Essilor thinks about its customers”, says Anne Guethoff, the company’s Marketing Manager.
essTeam is Essilor’s new, unique reward programme which commenced in April and is an evolution from the previous rewards programme, TEAM Essilor.
“The essTEAM programme recognises the importance of our customers’ loyalty to us, with both personal and business related rewards, building an even stronger and more successful practice and business life,” says Mrs. Guethoff.
All essTEAM members can earn essTEAM points for most Essilor products purchased. They can then redeem them in five reward categories with all of them addressing the needs of an independent practice, essTEAM Personal Rewards, essTEAM Marketing, essTEAM Education, essTEAM Practice Management and essTEAM Charity.
“We have developed this programme to acknowledge that practices today are looking for support and access to services that go beyond product supply. In the current market conditions, practices need to consider marketing, education and practice management as much as the clinical patient care itself,” explained Mrs. Guethoff.
