The compact Magna-Spin is a semi automatic hard coating system that applies solvent based lacquer coatings to lenses at a rate of 1.5 per minute.
It can be programmed to lacquer both polycarbonate and CR39 lenses, and features a lens self-centring load station, based on lens mass vs. geometry for even coating.
Satisloh says that Magna Spin offers longevity and solid up-time thanks to its robust design and a magnetic driven rotation system that provides a low friction point, resulting in less wear and tear on motors and spin mechanisms.
