Hoya’s SFT coating protects against scratches while also providing high levels of comfort and reliability
for spectacle wearers.
With SFT Hoya has improved:
• The hard coating, producing better adhesion and improving scratch resistance;
• The anti-reflection coating material, by combining different unique coating materials;
• The hydrophobic (repelling) top layer, which reduces surface friction.
When combined, these improvements significantly enhance lens quality and protect SFT’s water and dirt repelling performance and anti-reflective qualities as well.
