The award recognised the company’s high percentage of females in management to senior roles; flexible work/life options for parents; annual leave holiday club; tailored learning and development programs and Employee Assistance program.
In other news, Luxottica has announced it will continue to offer the Optometry Professional Development (OPD) Awards in 2012, which enables 50 of Luxottica’s optometrists, each year, to enhance their clinical knowledge with postgraduate study in any of the optometry programs in Australia or New Zealand.
