This one-piece frame with wraparound temples has been developed for very young babies, aged from 0-3 years.
Produced with co-injection technology, Centrostyle’s Active Soft Baby Frames use an external high-density rubber to keep the shape of the frame and an interior lower density rubber to ensure a greater degree of comfort.The absence of hinges and other metal parts guarantees a high level of protection.
The frame’s bridge is centred and splayed, and together with the silicone spec holder tube, helps maintain the correct optical centres. The round shape of the lenses deliver the largest possible visual field while a deep lens groove prevents the lens from coming out in case of an accident.
Active Soft frames comply with the EU standards regarding safety of toys: “Migration of material” and “Organic chemical compounds”. That means the frame is safe, even if a child chews it. In addition it has been dermatologically tested and does not cause skin irritation.
Each frame is available in pink or light blue in the following sizes; 36/14 or 37/14 with 105mm temples or 38/14 with 110mm temples. They are supplied with a silicone spec holder tube, microfibre bag and hard case.
