Online eyewear retailers continue to grow in strength with offers that make the challenge of buying without trying instore less of an impediment to consumers.
Oscar Wylee is one such online eyewear designer working hard with offers to win a loyal audience. The Australian company offers a five-day trial of five frames prior to placing an order. The frames, which are promoted as made using “traditional hand-production methods” from Italian acetate are priced well too, at just less than AUD$100 including lenses and lens coating (“anti-scratch, anti-reflective and UV proof”). Postage is also built into the cost.
And, for every pair sold, Oscar Wylee donates a pair of specs to a person in need, presently this
is done through Rose Charities Cambodia.
