Californian based eyewear company, Shauns Shades, has produced a somewhat creepy short film, featuring supermodel Chanel Imam as the victim of a demented eye examination.
Spectral was produced by Jenna Elizabeth in collaboration with Shauns Eyewear for vfiles. The cinematography is exquisite and stylish but almost incoherent as it jumps about like an over edited music video. As you’d expect, along the way there’s a plenty of Shauns product placement.
Shauns Eyewear is made in ‘family-owned’ workshops in the northern Italian town of Belluno from ‘the finest materials, including Carl Zeiss lenses’. The good bit is that each Shauns Eyewear frame sold is matched by a prescription pair donated to a person in need in the developing world.
