E–Eye IPL for dry eye

The use of the E–Eye IPL has “reached a milestone” in the treatment of dry eye in a soon to be released university study, according to France Medical.

The University of Auckland recently completed a prospective, randomised, placebo-controlled, double-masked, paired-eye comparison to measure the effect of the E>Eye’s IPL technology in treating dry eye syndrome due to Meibomian glands dysfunction.

“Results will be presented by the end of the year” said Mr. Aurelien Coursodon, Director of France Medical in Brisbane, “all I can say is that the E>Eye reached a milestone in the fight for dry eyes.”
