Luella is new to the Mykita collection. Despite an oversized front and thick temples, this frame is made from stunningly lightweight, flat stainless steel and available in the sombre tones of jet black, burgundy and basalt.
Mykita’s stainless steel frames are cut from sheet metal and, in similar style to the Japanese principle of origami, bent and folded to become a three-dimensional object. The visible snap-hinge system, which is used across the ranges, is both highly technical and aesthetic.
