Eschenbach has released an electronic magnifier that can be used in two completely different modes:
(1) Completely portable, giving magnifications from 4X to 12X, on a 4.3 inch touch screen.
(2) Connected via USB cable (supplied) to a computer. Magnifications become proportionate to the size of
the screen – but will be greater than when used in handheld mode.
In both modes, line guidance can be displayed and contrast changed from true-colour to enhanced contrast, reverse contrast, and yellow/black.
All changes are affected by touching symbols on the screen. Images can be transferred and stored and transferred from the Mobilux Digital Touch HD to a PC screen. Mobilux Digital Touch HD provides high magnification, binocularly, at long eye-to-screen distances and can be used at a workstation or desk, or when out and about.
