Oakley has launched One Obsession #LiveYours, a global brand campaign that spans 22 countries and aims to ignite conversations around the theme “where does your obsession take you?”.
Oakley ‘fans’ are invited to join over 450 inspiring athletes in sharing and celebrating their physical places of obsession around the world – from a remote mountain peak, backyard trail, secret surf spot or suburban garage. The company has promised to reward #LiveYours contributions and those who are living out their obsessions with surprise experiences and access to athletes who inspire them.
Athlete stories of inspiration from around the globe will unfold across the year, including skateboarder Eric Koston, surfer Gabriel Medina, cyclist Mark Cavendish, Moto GP champion Marc Marquez, and cricketer Virat Kohli.
As well, beginning this month, One Obsession will open three brand hubs will to the public where members of the community can live out their passions in skateboarding (Los Angeles), urban cycling (London) and baseball (New York)… sorry Australia, not here.There’s little emphasis on eyewear in this campaign, it’s all about building an inspirational brand.
