Eye health professionals have been asked to donate optometry books and equipment for use by students of Vietnam’s first School of Optometry. Donations are required before 14 October.
Jessie Huang, Optometry Support Officer at the Brien Holden Vision Institute Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Carina Trinh, chairwoman of Young Optometrists NSW and other volunteers will travel to Vietnam mid-October, taking the books with them.
