Now in their seventeenth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from companies’ own clients.
The award focuses on seven criteria, namely: time related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication and overall perception.
Criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80 per cent overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
Eyes Right Optical achieved a 99.26 per cent overall score for Customer Service and Relations, topping all other Australian Specialised Services businesses.
Established by Gaye and David Wymond in 1992, Eyes Right Optical now operates with a staff of 25. The business distributes quality frames to the Australian and New Zealand markets with an emphasis on efficiency, expertise and dedicated customer service.
In April 2015 the company received the Highly Recommended Australian Achiever Award.
