The first stage of The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital’s new Emergency Department has been completed following consultation with staff from a number of disciplines, patients, families and visitors, and other key stakeholders.
The Emergency Department, which sees around 40,000 patients a year, is the first clinical area to be unveiled as part of the hospital’s overall redevelopment project, due to be completed in 2018.
