The Royal Australian New Zealand College of Ophthalmology (RANZCO) will host an optometry workshop to provide optometrists with training and information on using the recently announced pathways for collaborative care referral. The workshop will be held from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday 19 November at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre alongside the 2016 RANZCO Annual Scientific Congress.
The optometry workshop, which is open to all optometrists, will feature sessions on each of the pathways – glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration – as well as overview sessions on models of collaborative care, assessing fitness to drive and the future of collaborative care.
The registration fee for the workshop is AU$60. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served bases. If you are interested in taking part in this workshop, please register here.
