ProVision has partnered with 1stAvailable, the Australian online health portal, to manage online optical appointment bookings.
The online platform was successfully piloted by 20 ProVision practices from August through to November 2016, and the group has now begun actively promoting its advantages to all 440 members.
According to ProVision, more than 80 practices have already signed on to use 1stAvailable’s services. These include many businesses also using 1stAvailable’s easyRECALL, an automated digital service, which replaces phone calls, letters and basic SMS messages, and enables patients to re-book appointments online with three clicks.
