Delivering two preloaded trabecular micro-bypass stents with a single entry, iStent inject is designed to improve aqueous outflow through the natural physiological outflow pathway. iStent inject is intended to reduce intraocular pressure in adult patients diagnosed with mild to moderate primary angle open glaucoma currently treated with ocular hypotensive medication. It can be implanted with or without cataract surgery.
