According to Opticare, this system is the smartest way to detect refractive errors and vision problems. It functions as a visual analyser by measuring both eyes at the same time, and measuring sight anomalies, refractive errors and pupil parameters. Being mobile and flexible, the system is ideal for challenging patients, including infants and children from two months of age, seniors, impaired and non-cooperative individuals.
The following applications are also available: corneal reflexes (CR-App), dynamic pupillometry (DP-App), intermediate distance (66cm-App) and lens centering on frames (LC-App).
The VisionSC Wearable Adaptive Refractor is an innovative, electronic, wearable system of adaptive lenses. It offers seamless script changes for a more accurate patient response; combines the features of a trial frame and automated/manual phoropter; increases the interaction between the operator and patient during refraction; and is 100 per cent wireless, being controlled by a tablet using Bluetooth connectivity.
