Following its Annual General Meeting in November, Optometry NSW/ACT has welcomed two new Board members – Michael Yapp and Heidi Hunter.
O NSW/ACT chief executive officer Andrew McKinnon welcomed the new Board members and thanked outgoing Board members Peter Herse and Jules Baggoley for their commitment of “time, energy and passion” over many years.

“We will miss having them around and wish them every success in future endeavours,” said Mr McKinnon.
As well as changes to the O NSW/ACT board, ECONA (early career optometrists NSW/ACT) has expanded its activities for 2020 with the formation of two new subcommittees – a Student Engagement sub-committee and a Regional subcommittee.
