Dr Rolando Toyos, the American ophthalmologist and inventor of Intense Pulse Light (IPL) for dry eye disease (DED), will deliver a free online lecture on how the Optima M22 IPL system is used by doctors to improve the root cause of DED, improve the health of the skin for certain medical conditions, and also aesthetically.
