mivision’s CPD portal – mieducation.com continues to gain in popularity with participation across Australia, New Zealand and overseas almost tripling in just four months this year.
From January – December 2018, a total of 21,953 mieducation CPD modules were completed by optometrists and in the same period during 2019, 38,863 modules were completed. From December to April 2020, a massive 23,088 CPD modules had already been completed, putting mieducation.com on target to triple its participation this year.
Todd Tai, publisher of mivision and mieducation.com said the consistently high level growth in participation is due to the caliber of writers contributing CPD modules.

Mr Tai acknowledged that significant growth in participation had also been fueled by the COVID-19 crisis. “We are seeing increased participation in online learning across multiple platforms. That’s great news – it’s really opening our eyes to the possibilities for education going forward.”
mivision plans to launch new CPD platforms, targeting different providers within the eye health sector, in the coming months.
