The Brien Holden Vision Institute (BHVI) has made available online myopia management resources to help eye care professionals build myopia expertise.
Delivered via an e-learning platform, the BHVI Myopia Education Program provides a range of courses to help eye care professionals embed myopia management into their practice and support practice staff in the process.
Course one explores how to change the way practitioners understand and manage myopic patients, course two follows on by presenting strategies and tools for managing the most complex cases of myopia, and course three looks at the business of myopia through areas such as business processes, marketing, communications and education.
Each course is worth six hours credit and is available in a course pack, and individually.
