The iStent inject W is intended to reduce intraocular pressure in adult patients diagnosed with mild to moderate primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and can be implanted at the time of cataract surgery or as a standalone procedure.
Featuring a wide flange at its base, the new precision-engineered iStent inject W is designed to optimise stent visualisation and placement, enhance procedural predictability, and increase confidence.
The ergonomic design of the insertion system includes an overall matte finish with moulded-in grip texture on the sides for increased comfort and control, and an insertion sleeve retraction button that facilitates delivery of two iStent inject W stents.
