Lily Wegrzynowski has been appointed as General Manager Eyecare & Professional Services to work across both EyeQ Optometrists and National Optical Care. The alliance between the two groups was formed in late 2020 to strengthen operations and enhance collective skills and expertise.
Ms Wegrzynowski is a registered optometrist with experience in both clinical and management roles. In her new position she will be responsible for the continued development and implementation of best practice clinical standards across all practices as well as ensuring the ongoing professional development and recruitment of optometrists.
“I’m incredibly excited to be part of this next phase of the Alliance between EyeQ and NOC,” said Ms Wegrzynowski.
“To be able to play an integral role in continuing to strengthen the clinical outcomes across our growing practice community is something I am extremely passionate about.”

Ms Wegrzynowski has held senior positions with independent and corporate optometry businesses across Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia, including with EyeQ Optometrists since joining EyeQ in 2010. She previously served on the Optometry Western Australia Board for over 10 years, including three years as President, as well as the Optometrists Registration Board of WA and joined the Deakin Optometry Advisory Board when the new school opened in 2012.
