Graduate Diploma in Orientation and Mobility
Would you consider diversifying your career in health? People with low vision or who are blind need to know where they are, so they can get where they want to go and travel there in a safe manner. Orientation and Mobility specialists work with these individuals by tailoring interventions to suit the needs of individual clients, including people with additional complexities such as health conditions.
The Graduate Diploma in Orientation and Mobility is a one-year postgraduate graduate diploma that has been designed to provide graduates with the knowledge and expertise to work as orientation and mobility specialists. The program also provides the practical experience required to enable graduates to apply for industry certification, whether self-employed or working in an organisation that provides orientation and mobility services to clients with low vision or blindness.
