Is the Master of Optometry for You? Find Out on 16 November

If you’re interested in exploring options for continuing your professional development, it’s time to explore the University of New South Wales School of Optometry and Vision Science (UNSW SOVS) Master of Optometry.

The Master of Optometry is a program of study that develops expertise in contact lenses, visual neuroscience, myopia control, occupational optometry and community eye health.

You’ll also be given a ‘taster lecture’, by Dr Pauline Kang… who will provide an introduction to the latest evidence-based management for childhood myopia

To give you a taste of this dynamic and diverse program, UNSW will host an interactive webinar with Q&A on Tuesday 16 November from 6.30 – 7.30pm.

During the webinar, you’ll hear from a UNSW SOVs panel of expert staff who will spark your interest in the breadth of study and research areas available as they guide you through the details of the Master of Optometry program.
You’ll also be given a ‘taster lecture’, by Dr Pauline Kang, Director of Learning and Teaching at the UNSW SOVS, who will provide an introduction to the latest evidence-based management for childhood myopia. During this short masterclass, Dr Kang will discuss optical and pharmacological interventions, behavioural modifications and more.
