The Australian Society of Ophthalmologists (ASO) will host its ASO Skills Expo in Melbourne from 12–14 August. After endless lockdowns, this is a perfect opportunity to gain your much-needed CPD points while catching up with colleagues.
The ASO Skills Expo is Australia’s only business skills expo tailored specifically to the needs of ophthalmologists and their practice staff. Free for members, this year’s expo promises to be bigger than ever, with over 35 industry experts delivering presentations and panel discussions over 2.5 days. You’ll also hear from keynote speaker Dr James Muecke AM, Eye Surgeon, Australian of the Year 2020, and Deputy Governor of South Australia.
To be held at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, sessions run from 9am – 5pm on Friday and Saturday 12 –13 August with a cocktail event on Saturday evening. The expo will conclude on Sunday 14 August with a Business of Day Surgery Breakfast from 8.30am–12pm.
