Myopia management will be the focus of an evening CPD event hosted in Sydney on 13 September by the Cornea and Contact Lens Society of Australia (CCLSA).
Join the CCLSA for a lively evening of clinical discussion on all aspects of myopia management, featuring presentations from Dr Kathleen Watt, Mark Koszek and Kendrew Smith, followed by a discussion and Q&A with panellists Dr Margaret Lam, Dr Oliver Woo, Heidi Hunter, Mark Koszek, Kendrew Smith and Dr Kathleen Watt.

Over dinner at the Sky Phoenix in Sydney’s CBD the speakers will cover the following topics:
Dr Kathleen Watt: Myopia Management Options – Evidence and a Prescribing Framework, including discussion on various lens modalities/atropine, calculators, predictions and axial length monitoring;
Mark Koszek: A Closer Look at Orthokeratology and OrthoK Troubleshooting, including discussion on how to identify and ameliorate common issues with orthokeratology lens fitting and management;
Kendrew Smith: Myopia Management Options – Troubleshooting Orthokeratology Tips. This talk will touch on points like decentration, washouts, staining, residual cyls /not meeting targets, pain/discomfort an d liaising with your lab.
