Optometrists are invited to attend Inspired 2022, a Healthia conference to be held on the Gold Coast from 14–15 October.
With over 1,000 delegates expected to attend, including those from The Optical Company, organisers say this may be one of the biggest allied health conferences in Australasia.

An impressive line-up of presenters from various allied health fields including keynote speaker Dr James Muecke (AM), will discuss clinical practice and business leadership. Participants will also get insights on building skills in teaching, supervision, and research through multi-disciplinary workshops.
An optometry stream will include lectures on glaucoma management (Dr Brendan Cronin), dry eye (Dr Jason Holland); keratoconus (Dr David Gunn); retinal detachment and cataract (Dr Sean Cheng) diabetic retinopathy (Assoc. Prof Antony Kwan) and lesions of the eye (Dr Matthew Cranstoun).
