Alcon’s new Argos Biometer with Image Guidance is a swept-source based biometer that provides the biometry, keratometry and high resolution imagery of the eye prior to cataract surgery, and aids in the selection of an appropriate intraocular lens (IOL).
The Argos Biometer with Alcon Vision Planner Software can share information with Verion Digital Marker M (with microscope); Verion Digital Marker L (with LenSx), and ORA System powered by AnalyzOR.
The Argos Biometer includes optional software, which can be loaded on to the clinic computer, allowing remote measurement review, IOL planning and post-operative optimisations from data captured by the machine.
