Macular Disease Foundation Australia (MDFA) has partnered with MyInteract to launch a new digital tool that provides targeted information and resources directly to patients.
This unique, free application provides one place where patients can view easily accessible and relevant material, that is tailored to their diagnosis.
The application is compatible with tablets, mobiles, and PCs. MDFA’s MyInteract is currently targeting people receiving eye injections and will soon cover most macular conditions.
Information available now includes ‘How can I take care of my mental health with vision loss’ and ‘How can technology help me live well with low vision’.
This is an easy, paperless way for practices to connect their patients with evidence-based information.
Contact MDFA to obtain a simple QR code that patients scan, or a code they can take home to use.
