Miochol-E (acetylcholine chloride 20mg/2 mL) is used to obtain complete miosis of the iris in seconds after placement of the intraocular lens in cataract surgery and in penetrating keratoplasty, iridectomy, and other anterior segment surgery where rapid miosis may be required.
Miochol-E is free from natural latex.
