Our doctors will tell you that it’s a great place to work. They are highly complimentary of the facility, the staff, and the broader organisation as a whole
“I felt that this role was an excellent fit for me, offering new professional challenges and growth opportunities in a supportive environment. It’s a wonderful new facility with a dedicated, passionate clinical team,” said Mr Sinclair.
Vision Hospital Group’s strong industry reputation and collaborative organisational culture were important factors in Mr Sinclair’s decision to join the Windsor Gardens Day Surgery team.
“I’ve had an ambition to move to the private hospital sector for quite a while, and I felt that this role was an excellent fit for me, offering new professional challenges and growth opportunities in a supportive environment. It’s a wonderful new facility with a dedicated, passionate clinical team.”
Mr Sinclair believes his business experience will complement the clinical skills and patient care delivered by Acting Director of Nursing, Anne Sciacca, and her team. “I see our relationship as hand in glove, working together to achieve the best balance of clinical and financial outcomes. Anne provides clinical oversight and I bring financial acumen, which I believe is an essential skill to tackle the commercial realities of private healthcare.”
He said there will also be a focus on working towards Windsor Gardens’ sustainability and Global Green and Healthy Hospitals (GGHH) goals. “I am fully supportive of the organisation being a responsible corporate citizen and making a meaningful contribution to the sustainability of the planet. I feel confident that we can continue to embed these goals in our day-to-day actions and decision making.”
Mr Sinclair said Windsor Gardens offers an excellent opportunity for ophthalmologists who are looking to grow their surgical practice. “Our doctors will tell you that it’s a great place to work. They are highly complimentary of the facility, the staff, and the broader organisation as a whole.”
