The University of New South Wales is offering a free masterclass ‘taster’ ahead of its upcoming Dry Eye Disease, Diagnosis and Management short course.
The online masterclass will give attendees an overview of what to expect from the short course, and “how it will upskill you with critical new insights for enhancing your optometry practice to enable you to effectively cater for a wider range of patient needs”.

UNSW Sydney’s School of Optometry and Vision Science said the short course, designed by Associate Professor Maria Markoulli, will be coordinated award-winning educator, Professor Isabelle Jalbert and delivered in collaboration with experienced dry eye expert, optometrist Dr Regine Chapman-Davies.
UNSW Sydney said the course aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills to confidently diagnose and sub-type dry eye disease and to differentially diagnose from other conditions such as blepharitis, neuropathic ocular pain, and neurotrophic conditions.
