Optive Fusion combines hyaluronic acid (HA) and carmellose sodium (CMC) with osmoprotectants to deliver fast relief for dry eyes.1,2
The clinically-tested ingredients in Optive Fusion coat the ocular surface with a hydrating and lubricating protective layer. HA is naturally found in the eye and acts as an ocular lubricant.3 CMC is a mucoadhesive agent, which lubricates and protects the eye surface, while osmoprotectants, including glycerin, help restore osmotic balance, and hydrate the cells on the eye surface.2
Optive Fusion is compatible with contact lenses. A preservative-free formulation is available in addition to the multidose bottle.4
