Shamir Optical Industry has released Shamir iFit – an innovative, fully automated frame-fitting solution.
Activated by just one click, the groundbreaking software captures and records every measurement point with AI-driven speed and precision, including the hardest-to-measure parameters like panoramic angle, pantoscopic tilt, and vertex distance. It is designed to work with each customer’s eyewear of choice, no matter the frame shape or lens type, including sunglasses and even tinted or coated lenses.
Shamir iFit software is available exclusively for the Shamir Spark 4W device, which is controlled via a mobile app. No prior training is required, customers simply need to look at the Shamir Spark 4W mirror.
Precise, Fast, and Effortless
Capture and record all measurement points in seconds; no marking needed. The jig-free process provides a touch-free experience, while enabling natural posture during measurement.
The software is designed to ensure an exact ophthalmic fit to every individual customer based on facial anatomy. Automated pupil and frame recognition capabilities and accurate measurement of all parameters enables first-time-right eyewear and can reduce returns. Deep-learning AI improves accuracy over time.
