Optical dispensers and their affiliates are being asked to disclose information about their wages, employment conditions, and career experiences for the purposes of a survey.
The 2025 National Wage Survey is being conducted by Optical Dispensers Australia (ODA). Data collected will be used to advocate for fair compensation, industry standards, and to continue supporting professional development.
Optical dispensers, optical assistants, practice managers, locums, and support staff are all invited to participate in the survey. All responses are anonymous: ODA is not collecting names or contact information, and no personal or identifying details will be shared.
