Lily Wegrzynowski has joined the Eyecare Plus National Office team as the organisation’s new Business Development Manager.
An optometrist with over 30 years’ experience in clinical and business management roles, Ms Wegrzynowski has worked with independent and corporate practices across Australia and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. Most recently she was responsible for human resources and optometry at the EyeQ Optometrists Group, where she had been since 2010.
Ms Wegrzynowski’s background also includes serving on various industry boards, including three years as President of Optometry Western Australia. She has also been a member of the Deakin University Optometry Advisory Board since 2012.
In a statement, Ms Wegrzynowski said she is looking forward to working alongside Ethan Nguyen to support and grow the largest branded independent optometry group in Australia.
“I’m excited to be working with independent optometrists, ensuring they not only survive but thrive into the future,” she said.
