Art of Ocular Imaging Conference for Melbourne

The Art of Ocular Imaging Conference (AOI), now a permanent fixture on the Sydney calendar, will head interstate for the first time, taking place in Melbourne, Victoria on Saturday 28 February 2026.

The AOI conference is designed to upskill, enhance, and complement the clinical practical knowledge of eye care professionals interested in ocular imaging, from the front to the back of the eye.

With high-calibre presentations and a series of hands-on masterclasses around two topics – ‘Imaging in disease’ and ‘Imaging in practice’ – the AOI conference will develop clinicians’ understanding of the subtleties of disease diagnoses through the application of imaging. Additionally, participants will learn about the application of varied imaging modalities via case-based examples.

At the time of publishing, the program was attracting CPD points from the Australian Orthoptic Board and the masterclasses were in the process of being quality assured by Optometry Australia.
