Opticare has launched like no one else – an educational video series designed to help optical practices approach more complex cases with greater confidence.
The series will draw on cases that Opticare regularly handles, to provide independent optical practices with practical, real-world guidance, instilling confidence when navigating more complex patient requirements.
As host of the series, Opticare’s Professional Services Manager, Jessica Kingsley – an optometrist with a Master’s degree specialising in Sports Vision – will share practical insights into dispensing considerations, prescribing approaches, product application, and case-specific factors that can influence patient outcomes.
The initiative was developed to help practices bridge the gap between clinical understanding and practical application within everyday dispensing environments
According to Opticare, the initiative was developed to help practices bridge the gap between clinical understanding and practical application within everyday dispensing environments.
“Today, differentiation in practice is not only about the products you offer, but also the confidence and knowledge behind the recommendations you make,” said Ms Kingsley.
Some of the topics covered by the video series are:
- Complex dispensing scenarios,
- Product selection considerations,
- Prescribing insights,
- Patient lifestyle factors, and
- Clinical and technical guidance.
The launch reflects Opticare’s continued focus on education, professional support, and helping practices deliver stronger patient outcomes through informed product application.
Further videos will be released through Opticare’s digital channels over the coming weeks, especially on LinkedIn. Follow them here to get regular updates or Watch video here.
