Brad Saffin Leads ANZ in Marchon, Marcolin Integration

Marcolin and Marchon have joined forces in Australia and New Zealand with Brad Saffin, previously regional leader for Marchon, at the helm of the region as Managing Director. 

Alessandro Marchi, who has led the region for Marcolin, will take on a newly created role as Head of Business Integrations, ANZ, reporting to Mr Saffin. 

In a statement, Lorenzo Barberio, VSP Eyewear Managing Director, APAC the integration of Marcolin and Marchon is “a significant step forward” for the company, “one that aligns our businesses in the region, accelerates our integration, and sets us up to operate as one unified company from January 2027”.

Mr Barberio said Mr Saffin “brings outstanding commercial leadership and a deep understanding of what it takes to win in this market”. 

He said Mr Marchi “will bring our teams, portfolios, and go-to-market approach together seamlessly, with your experience as a partner at the centre of every decision”. 

“Both leaders bring deep ANZ experience, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to our customers,” he said. 

For customers, Mr Barberio said there will be no changes to existing Marchon and Marcolin contacts, ordering process, or service arrangements. “What does change is what’s ahead: one team, one conversation, and the combined strength of two extraordinary portfolios working for your business.” 

Mr Saffin, Mr Marchi and their team will be at O-SHOW26, at booth 75.
