Optimised for comfort, Bausch + Lomb Ultra One Day for Astigmatism lenses work in synergy with the tear film to help maintain ocular surface homeostasis throughout 16 hours of wear.⁵ They feature Advanced MoistureSeal Technology to balance exceptional moisture retention (96%) for 16 hours of wear, modulus (0.5 MPa),⁵ breathability (107 Dk/t10), and UV blocking to help minimise the impact on the ocular surface.⁵ ComfortFeel Technology, inspired by the Tear Film and  Ocular Surface Society’s DEWS II report, enriches the tear film with a blend of comfort and eye health ingredients released over the course of the day.⁵ 

The lens’ proprietary OpticAlign design is engineered to complement the eye’s natural blink pattern4 by incorporating a thin edge design to minimise lid interaction,6 thinnest beneath the upper lid to limit rotation,^6,7 and utilising the downward motion of each blink to enhance stabilisation.^4,6 Additionally, the complete design offers high definition optics, optimised across the power range for consistent spherical aberration control, helping to reduce haloes  and glare, even in low-light conditions.^2,3,8 

According to a recent study, 95% of Bausch + Lomb Ultra One Day for Astigmatism lenses settled within ±10° in just 30 seconds and 97% rotated less than 3° or had no rotation with each blink, with a mean comfort score of nearly 90%.9 Offering wide parameters coverage with 2,450 SKUs, it is the only daily disposable toric lens with -2.75 cylinders available.^11,12
